I notice that Samuel Ervin Sr. is listed in Salisbury township as Samuel Arvin. It would be nice to see the original and decide if this entry has been transcribed correctly.

I don't have a digital image of the actual tax record for the 1812 Gallia County Tax record, but I have found two additional records where Samuel is listed as "Arvin".
