I am assuming that there quite a few subject members in the Ervin line and without spilling them all it would be more simple for you to verify the accuracy of F/S provided you agree to the lines linking them together. i.e. Do your files agree with my line or is there a difference in what you know and what is displayed there ? How are you establishing a line for Samuel if there are no sources to justify? Does your DNA absolutely guarantee linkages and can you tell the differences between DNA for brothers and cousins/uncles ? Does your system contain secrets that are not available to Family Search ? DNA results can only contain matches of those people that are tested. I have been tested by My Heritage, Ancestry and Family Tree and am quite sure matches are not repeated unless participant is tested by each organization.

I cannot answer all of your questions but want to help where I can. I am one of the dna contributors that assisted in establishing the link to Samuel. The family tree was established using census, birth, and death records. I also wanted to let you know that my dna sample is currently in at Ancestry, so I would expect, or hope, that there will be a dna link between us. I will let you know.
